About DNSDone
We know the chaos, because we’ve lived it
You created a new website. You’re ready to go live. But then comes the part no one enjoys: asking the client to update their DNS records.
Suddenly, you’re writing step-by-step instructions, digging through screenshots, and praying they don’t send back a blurry screenshot or break their email in the process. You follow up once, twice, maybe five times. It derails your momentum and eats away your time.
We’ve been there. That’s why we built DNSDone.

As the founder of DNSDone and a long-time developer working with agencies and SaaS products, I’ve lost count of how many times DNS changes slowed us down.
Whether launching new apps, connecting emails, or setting up verification records, the pattern was always the same: DNS was the bottleneck. Clients didn’t understand it. Developers didn’t want to explain it. So we kept hacking around it, until we decided to fix it properly.
DNSDone is our answer. A developer-first tool that helps you request, track, and verify DNS changes without the back-and-forth.
Our Mission
We believe DNS changes shouldn’t feel like a support ticket from 2006.
They should be simple, trackable, and clear, both for you and your clients.
We’re here to give developers, freelancers, and web agencies a better way to handle DNS: one that saves time, removes guesswork, and keeps projects moving forward.
No more chasing and confusion. Just DNS, done right.
