Your workspace defines how your company appears when sharing DNS requests.
Update your details and branding so recipients instantly recognize who the request is from.
Update company details
- Go to Workspace → Settings.
- Under Company information, update the following fields:
- Company name – shown on shared pages and in notification emails.
- Website – optional, appears in recipient footers.
- Contact email – used for replies and notifications.
- Phone number – optional, shown to recipients for urgent contact.
- Click Save changes.
Keeping this information current helps clients verify that requests are authentic.
Upload your company logo
- In Workspace Settings, open the Branding section.
- Click Upload logo and select a PNG or JPG file (max 5 MB).
- Recommended size: 400 × 100 px with a transparent or light background.
- Click Save to apply the logo across all outgoing pages and emails.
Your logo automatically appears in:
- Shared DNS request pages
- Email notifications sent to recipients
DNSDone automatically scales your logo to fit different layouts.
Best practices
- Use your main company logo, not a product logo.
- Keep a transparent background for better visibility on light and dark themes.
- Make sure your contact email is monitored — recipients may reply to it.
- Review branding after major rebrands or logo updates.
