You can view your payment history, download invoices, and manage billing details directly from your DNSDone Billing page.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Open your billing overview
- Go to Billing → Payments & Invoices.
- You’ll see your current plan, payment method, and recent invoices.
View and download invoices
- Go to the Invoices section.
- Click any invoice to see full payment details.
- Select Download PDF to save it for your records.
Each invoice includes the date, plan name, billing amount, and payment status.
Check past payments
Your payment history includes every successful and failed transaction linked to your workspace.
If a payment fails, DNSDone automatically retries and notifies you by email before any service interruption.
Security and compliance
- All transactions are handled through Stripe, a PCI DSS–compliant provider.
- DNSDone never stores or transmits your card details.
- You can safely manage payment information only via Stripe.
